Pump does what it is supposed to, but customer service is over the moon!

The pump is a direct updated replacement for one I had...works great, installed easily, no issues. BUT, the big thing was the customer service. I called in and had someone know immediately what my old pump was, what the new version is, what the differences are, and even whether the issue was the pump or the motor. And then went and pulled it off the shelf since they only had one in stock to hold it for my order. And then got it out the door overnight FedEx in about a half hour. Truly stunning service; I've never had better from any business in any field.
